3M 06941+ Maintenance-Free Half Mask Respirator – FFA1P2 R D
The 3M 06941+ is a ready-to-use, maintenance-free half-mask respirator with permanently integrated organic-vapour and particulate filters. It is the automotive aftermarket version of the 3M 4251+.
Its FFA1P2 R D classification provides A1 protection against certain organic vapours with boiling points above 65°C and P2 protection against fine dusts and mists, subject to the applicable exposure limits and working conditions.
The lightweight, well-balanced design features a soft, non-silicone textured face seal, adjustable head cradle and easy-fastening neck straps. A centrally positioned exhalation valve helps remove heat and moisture while reducing breathing resistance for improved comfort.

Important safety information
Respirator selection must be based on the specific contaminants, concentrations and working conditions identified by a suitable risk assessment. The wearer must receive appropriate training, complete face-fit testing and inspect the respirator before each use.
This respirator must not be used for spraying isocyanate-containing coatings, in oxygen-deficient atmospheres, in immediately dangerous environments or where contaminants have poor warning properties. Replace the complete respirator when the filters reach the end of their service life, breathing resistance increases, breakthrough is detected, or the mask becomes damaged.
