Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused and in the same condition as received

• in original packaging

• complete with all parts and accessories

• accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In these cases, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• consumables that have been opened or used

• custom or special order items

• hazardous materials or flammable goods

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


EU 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
